Il est rare que j'approuve un libertarien mais il a quelques bons exemples des dérives ridicules du Congrès américain dans l'inutilité :

Tiens ! Un défaut qu'on n'a pas ?! Le Parlement français ne vote pas de résolutions (sauf sur l'Europe, je crois, mais je n'ai pas ma Constitution sous la main)
Heureusement, sinon on aurait des résolutions félicitant chaque championnat des Chiffres et des Lettres ou de jeu de boules de ce pays.
Cela dit, cela éviterait peut-être des propositions sur l'instrumentalisation de l'histoire. S'ils pouvaient faire des résolutions en faveur de la Colonisation, ils n'auraient plus besoin de modifier des programmes scolaires.
