Douglas Feith, former Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (2001-2005), a.k.a. The Stupidest Fucking Man on the Planet is interviewed by Jon Stewart on the War in Iraq. He is somewhat more candid than I thought he would be.

Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson, Former State Department Chief of Staff , also said that he had "seldom met a dumber man in his life". One would think this title would be quite competitive in the Bush Administration.
